Develops procedures intended to prevent unethical and illegal conduct
May prepare documentation for regulatory authorities Is recognized as an

within the organization
Anticipates internal and or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues
Recommends process, product or service improvements
Solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business
Contributes to the development of functional strategy
Leads project teams to achieve milestones and objectives

Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Ten (10) years progressive experience
Skills and Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Position can be filled as an E09 based on experience.
