--Design, implement and facilitate marketing plan for Silver Lining
--Set and achieve goals for promotional events to meet greater business objective
--Develop e-commerce website
--Update and monitor all social media (facebook, pinterest, twitter, instagram, etc)
--Oversee sales team
Skills Needed:
--Retail experience required, preferably women's clothing and accessories
--Expertise in social media
--Expertise in visual merchandising
--Experience with website development
--Self-starter with hands-on approach
--Strong verbal and written communication skills
Silver Lining Consignment Boutique opened in 2009 in Hoover, Alabama. We offer designer and namebrand pre-owned women's clothing, shoes, and accessories at 1/3 of retail price. In 2013 the store was expanded to include new, contemporary clothing. Our fashion forward boutique is now comprised of Consignment (Silver Lining) and Contemporary (DeVon). Our customers are fashion savvy, cost-conscious and include women of all ages.
