We are in need of a Senior Network Engineer to work in our Birmingham location. We are a world class, brand name Auto Parts supplier and Manufacturer and we are looking for the best of the best to join our team. We will help with relocation for the right candidate!
This is a great opportunity to work with 7000 series Cisco routers and other network and security tools synonymous with large, enterprise environments.
Required skills:
- At least 5-7
years of IT Networking experience with Cisco
- 3
years of IT security experience
- Previous experience supporting very large, corporate, enterprise Network environments for at least 3-4
years is required
- 1-2 years of IT Project Management
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Computer related areas is required
- Any Cisco certifications are a huge plus (CCIE written or lab, CCNP, CCDA, CCNA
- Previous experience working in the Automotive or Manufacturing industry would be a tremendous plus
Responsibilities:
- Design/Develop/Test/Install Data, Voice and Communications Networks for a huge global company
- Design and support Security Infrastructure
- Configuring Firewalls and IDS
- Train and Mentor Junior Network Engineers

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
