We are recruiting a diverse and dynamic sales professional who desires to join an outstanding team to market our compounding creams to specialty health care professionals that truly add measurable value to patients' lives. The Rep has singular ownership of his or her territory and is responsible for representing our pharmacy utilizing an intense focus on meeting physician and patient needs while developing strong and lasting relationships with healthcare providers and their staff.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Existing relationships with physicians a PLUS
EDUCATION: Two or Four-year college degree
Experience: One year outside sales experience
Ability to understand and communicate highly within the medical field.
Excellent communication / interpersonal skills.
Passion for excellence / embrace competition.
Must represent company in a highly professional and ethical manner.
Documented leadership ability.
Effective administrative / organizational skills.
HERE ARE SOME BRIEF PROGRAM PARAMETERS:
Very similar to the job of a Pharmaceutical rep; Commissions Only
Commercial/Private insurances are the target market.
Paperwork requirements for all parties are dramatically reduced and simplified.
Once all forms are received and insurance eligibility/pre-authorization confirmed, the product is mailed directly to the patient.
Commissions to our agents are the highest in the industry. 15% per Rx.
Average weekly commission $3,500 -$5,000, Bi-Weekly Pay
Recommend to MDs/PAs/RNPs they prescribe for their patients a year's supply of monthly refills.
Recommended Target physician groups: Orthopedic, General/ Family Practice, Pain Management, Internal Medicine, Rheumatology, Podiatry, OB/GYN, Clinics, etc.
On average over >70% of the scripts get approved by patient insurances. We have a 5 year contract with all major insurance carriers.
Verifiable licenses in 32 States.
Complete weekly reporting with full transparency.
