Human Resources Generalist Salary Range: $48,711.53 - $51,177.53 Responsible for assisting the Director with the administration of HABD's benefit plans, along with other administrative functions which require independent judgment based on knowledge of the procedures and policy pertaining to the area of assignment. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Human Resources or related field. Minimum of two (2) years experience in Human Resources, Benefit Administration and Workers Compensation required. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification Preferred. Possession of a valid AL Driver License.
