This company will be outsourcing their marketing efforts with this hire being the liaison between executive management, vendors, and their marketing firm to ensure all marketing campaigns are being handled.
This person will have access and exposure to owners, partners, and management to be a key player in all marketing activity.
Responsibilities Schedule and facilitate meetings with vendors, marketing firm, and interior marketing.
Analyze current and previous marketing campaigns to provide reports to management and partners.
Needs to possess strong analysis skills and ability to interpret reports Maintain company-wide events' calendar and schedule Identify and resolve complex and time-sensitive issues Present and communicate with internal and external c-suite team members Develop a strong understanding of company's services Assist with firm PR development Help execute strategic company-wide marketing plan Oversee marketing plans for offsite vendors manage all marketing expenditures and invoices Monitor social media presence and activity regularly Review and assists in content creation for monthly newsletter Assists in coordinating special events Qualifications Seeking candidates with the following
Experience:

years of working for high-level executive leadership/owners in the past Moderately tech savvy with ability to analyze, create, and manipulate data in Microsoft Excel and provide reports to C-Suite Ability to wear many hats Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$45,000.
00 - $75,000.
