We need a detail oriented, meticulous individual who is passionate about customer service, employee benefits offerings such as HSA, FSA, HRA, and COBRA, and working with a growing team.
Our ideal candidate is internally motivated, comfortable with complexities as well as the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities include administering Flex and COBRA Plans while maintaining a positive working relationship with clients and employees.
Objectives of the position include but are not limited to:
Administer benefit plans to ensure appropriate processes and procedures in accordance with policies and applicable laws and regulations Provide outstanding customer service to employees in multiple locations & worksites Process billings and prepare payments for all plans Coordinate employee communications concerning benefits and other related incentive programs Prepare and maintain employee files, assuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality Ensure distribution of required employee notices Assist in the coordination of Open Enrollmet
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in HR or related experience 3
Years of experience in benefits Proven ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality Strong knowledge in administering self-insured benefit plans Knowledge of FMLA, HIPAA, COBRA, PPACA and other benefits-related regulations Strengths:
