We have an opening for a vivacious, dynamic, professional person for our marketing coordinator to work with a team of marketing and retail professionals.
At least 2 years of experience in event coordination and marketing is required for this position.
Job duties would include planning and executing in office events, all social media calendars, and offsite engagement.
The successful candidate will have a detail-oriented style and create a consistent brand experience across and within those customer facing opportunities.
Coordination with medical and cosmetic providers within the organization regarding new procedures, promoted specials, services, products and events being offered.
Employee will be measured based on ability to leverage opportunities, drive growth and focus on marketing ROI.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES BA/BS in Marketing and or graphic design or equivalent experience required.

Increase our market penetration, gain market share, and drive patient volume through marketing, public relations, and grassroots initiatives.
Plan and coordinate patient events.
Monitor social media pages, increase followers, and grow brand through social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram and Tik Tok.
Ability to manage customer relationships and cross-functional entities at all organizational levels.
Outgoing, organized and engaging.
Ability to build consensus and motivate team.
Knowledge of established marketing channels as well as emerging trends.

Planning and organizing seminars and events.
Generation of varied creative marketing ideas.
Maintenance of website and all social media.
Works in collaboration with marketing team to set timelines, goals and procedure promotions.
Develop a strong social media presence for the practice via proactive posting and responding to comments about our practice.
Assist in building social media calendar according to overall content strategy.
Reporting and tracking of social media campaigns and incorporating learning back into content plan.
Maintain awareness of social media best practices and keep up to date with the evolution of social media new products and practices.
Enhance what is working, tweak what is not working.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
