Business Analyst
ITAC has partnered with a great client in their search for a Business Analyst who is collaborative, and detail oriented regarding technical documentation, process flows, and gathering requirements.
The ideal candidate would come with experience leading, eliciting, and documenting requirements.
This person will also be communicating with various levels of the organization on different projects.
This person needs to have a strong professional communication style that fosters growth.
This is a local opportunity in Birmingham, AL.

Direct Hire; 75-85K depending on experienceWhat you'll be doing (duties of this position):
Defining the functional requirements while assisting with the business case and scope Define the business objectives and values.
Define the success measures (KPIs) participate in maintenance and creation of agile backups.
Analyze the process workflow and opportunities for improvement.
Translate recommendations into specific requirements, both technical and functional Model the current process as needed.
Documenting requirements for development Organize and prioritize the requirements into actionable deliverables.
Document the requirements while producing accurate specifications.
Communicate the requirements with the stakeholders and development team.
Assist with solution design.
Model the resulting future process.
Ensure team deliverables fulfill the business requirements.
Design and review test cases Performs testing, logs and tracks defects to closure, and monitors results.
Manage project's scope, acceptance, installation, and deployment.
What you'll need to be considered (requirements):
Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills.
Experience in JIRA, Salesforce, and MS tools.
Excellent proficiency in MS Excel data analysis, pivot tables, etc.
Understanding of systems engineering concepts and database design The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis.
Experience gathering, reviewing, and analyzing data requirements.
Must be able to prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups.
Must be able to develop and document requirements using understandable, plain language.
Apply best practices for effective problem-solving and solution design.
