Business Analyst
ITAC is helping a great organization in Birmingham, AL as they search for a Business Analyst to join their team.
This candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business by delivering data-driven solutions to project stakeholders.
This individual will also facilitate requirements gathering and technical documentation to accomplish operational needs.
The Business Analyst is a crucial player in the business, and the right candidate will be well-spoken, organized, process-oriented, and a self-starter.
This role will be hybrid, so the right candidate needs to be local to Birmingham, AL.

Pay Rate:
$40-45/ hour.
This is a contract-to-hire position.
What you'll be doing (duties of this position):
Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
Experience in formal techniques in business requirements collection and analysis Proficiency in multiple Software Development Life Cycle principles.
Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Access, Word, Excel, and Visio is required.
Strong documentation and tracking skills are required.
Familiarity or the ability to develop familiarity with information architecture principles is preferred.
Knowledge and/or experience of Agile Methodology particularly, ATDD.

Willingness to work outside of standard business hours to resolve issues or complete special projects, as needed.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
