Digital Marketing Coordinator

General Function of Digital Marketing CoordinatorResponsible for the day-to-day coordination of various marketing programs assigned to this position.
Under the supervision of the Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will participate in the planning and implementation of the bank's digital marketing strategy across all digital marketing mediums, including website, email, social media, and online display advertising.
Major Duties and Responsibilities of Digital Marketing Coordinator Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve marketing goals as identified in annual marketing plan; monitor, record, and control digital marketing expenses.
Create and manage content for website, mobile platforms, and social media including writing, editing, and proofreading copy; work with bank subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with bank regulations; work with Marketing Manager and creative agency to produce visual content.
Supervise and maintain bank's website, online, and mobile marketing strategies; work with data processors and agency vendors to maintain and improve the website, including search engine optimization, search engine marketing, email communication system, external marquee signs, and other digital communicative outlets.
Develop and implement content marketing strategies for digital marketing efforts; produce library of relevant content for digital outlets.
Measure and report the effectiveness of digital marketing, advertising, and communications strategies via Google Analytics and other accepted means.
Responsible for managing the Publicity Coordinator program.
Work with Publicity Coordinators to organize local events.
Provide assistance planning and organizing event details; provide supplies and support as needed.
Gather worksheets monthly and compile into report format for review by management.
Manage distribution of trade show and event collateral, including banners, table cloths, squirrel costume, outdoor tent display, indoor displays, etc.
Assist with public relation activities, including trade shows, meetings/luncheons, and events such as annual Holiday Coffee and Customer Appreciation Days.
Responsible for maintaining inventory and distributing the bank's sales and promotional items.
Coordinate the bank's wearable program by working with employees to order wearables as needed; ensure new employees are provided wearables.
Responsible for maintaining the branch merchandising system.
Work with Publicity Coordinators to coordinate promotional materials to ensure all branches have the most up-to-date information.
Organize distribution of all materials.
Assist with the administration of promotional campaigns, incorporating digital strategies as needed.
Assist with the planning and facilitation of bank employee functions.
Collect information for quarterly bank newsletter; coordinate design and publish in a timely manner.
Additional Responsibilities of Digital Marketing Coordinator Assist sales program as needed:
track referral promotions, distribution of sales materials, sales training, and other duties as assigned.
Assist with all direct mailings by coordinating mail pieces:
supplies, labels, folding, stuffing.
Assist as needed with conversions/acquisitions.
Assist in proofing and ensuring all marketing materials are correct.
Assume any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by Marketing Manager.
Job Qualifications of Digital Marketing Coordinator High school graduate (Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field preferred).
Two to three years of banking or marketing experience.
Proven knowledge of bank operations and policies.
Excellent organizational skills and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
Demonstrated ability to interact with customers and employees, and listen effectively.
Advanced training in typing and general office procedures.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to and use other PC based software packages.
Sufficient skill in typing to complete 60 wpm accurately.
Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Ability to transmit information in written form.
Must be flexible to work outside of normal banking hours when necessary.
Valid driver's license and available transportation.
Ability to handle and produce accurate work within a specified time frame.
Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of Word, Excel, Access, and Adobe Photoshop Creative Suite.
Ability to work with various departments and agencies.
Demonstrate proficiency and commitment to excellence in performance of duties.
Analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data for reports, to assist in resolving various administrative/management problems, and to prioritize time.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
