The Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for screening resumes, conducting phone interviews with candidates, extending job offers, implementing onboarding strategies, and keeping accurate records of all candidates and new hires.
Will work closely with SUI Office Managers, Field Operations personnel and management on a daily basis to ensure candidate pipeline is strong, meets the ideal candidate profile for the role and aligns with staffing goals in the field.
The position will nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage ongoing relationships between candidates and hiring managers.
Job
Responsibilities:
Responsible for sourcing, identifying, qualifying and submitting candidates that are a match for job openings that fall within the scope of the Satellites Unlimited recruiting team.
Manage relationships with candidates from the initial conversation throughout the duration of their recruiting life cycle.
Responsible for conducting telephone candidate screenings and interviews.
Responsible for building pipelines of potential, current and previous candidates for job openings that fit Satellites Unlimited staffing needs.
This can be done through third party resume websites (CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed, etc.
), through networking with various technical outlets and trade schools, organizations or through generating referrals from existing staff.
Responsible for qualifying required job related skill sets, interview preparation, interview debriefings, networking, and coordinating travel logistics for candidates and other similar duties.
Work directly with HR Director, General Managers, and Field Service Managers to set and track hiring goals and progress for field operations.
Maintain clear and concise information on all recruited candidates to ensure real time accuracy of candidate data, contact information and status within the interview and hiring stages.

Source job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates via e-mail or phone Review and analyze resumes and applications and determine if they are a good fit for office interviews Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employee referrals Work with hiring managers on a daily basis to determine interview scheduling Efficiently and effectively fill open positions Conduct regular follow up with hiring managers to determine the quality of the candidates Position Requirements/Preferred Skills:
High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
