Join our client, a dynamic real estate firm headquartered in Birmingham, managing retail and mixed-use assets across the SoutheastSeeking an Associate in Property Management, offering a collaborative environment with a salary range of $70,000-$90,000 depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of diverse properties across markets.
Cultivate strong tenant relationships, addressing issues promptly.
Prepare annual budgets, provide semi-annual reforecasts.
Generate monthly/quarterly variance reports for ownership.
Conduct regular Asset Management calls with ownership.
Implement property sustainability practices.
Requirements:
3-5 years managing retail centers.
College degree preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel (expenses reimbursed).
