Responsibilities:
Establish and develop relationships with business owners via marketing, cold calling, referrals, Internet leads, etc.Conducting needs analysis with each client, making sure to uncover any gaps in coverageSelling Commercial Line insurance policiesRespond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverageBecome familiar with products, services and systemsMeet monthly sales quotas by following our set processesContribute to individual goals and agency success through promoting new business, cross-selling and new initiativesRequirements:
Property and Casualty insurance license required.Entrepreneurial personalityPass background checkStrong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skillsGood operational computing skill/typing 45
WPM (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Browsers)Confident self-starter who works well independentlyStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to multi-taskInterested in hearing more?
