Location:
We are seeking an Optometry Assistant to join our team in the Birmingham, AL area with a travel radius up to about 2 hours, two days per week. Paid drive time and mileage stipend! This is a part-time role working Monday and Friday.
Duties:
Arrive before the doctor to get the clinic set up at the facility.
Transport patients to and from the exam area at the facility.
Assist the doctor with vision pretesting, working with glasses and scribing as needed.
Requirements:
Valid Driver's License with no moving violations in the last 5 years.
1 year relevant work history, preferably in long term/senior care.
Vaccination is required; however the Company will consider accommodations for disability and religious-based reasons.
#ACPOptEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
