Training Specialist
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to define the training needed for each operational area, such as finance, engineering, material planning, or manufacturing.
Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to produce training courses using a digital system such as Adobe Captivate.
Manage the company's online Learning Management System to ensure online training is available to users, kept up-to-date and consistent with current business practices.
Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to produce instructor-led training courses.
Schedule and provide support for instructor-led training courses, lead such courses where appropriate at all company locations.
Monitor training requests, develop and publish the online training schedule based on history and demand.
Provides feedback to Senior Management supporting continuous improvement in training design and delivery.
Provide customer support and technical support as needed by each department.
Ensure quality training by staying current on new training systems knowledge and using the best delivery methods to ensure the most effective training.
