Position Overview
Sells print advertising space as a promotion on our custom Hang Up Garment Covers to new and existing customers both in-person and by phone. Start by setting phone appointments from referrals. Then meet with clients to finalize the message they want on their space on the garment cover. All remaining spaces still available are occupied by cold calling to local businesses within the community.
Responsibilities
1. Performs inside telemarketing calls from referrals in order to set in person appointments.

2. Travel to location to meet with client and show the example of the custom Hang Up Garment Cover. Present the custom Hang Up Garment Cover, answer any questions, decide on content of ad and pick up payment.

3. Generate additional sales revenue by up-selling to current customers.
4. Compiles lists of potential customers for use as sales leads based on information from
advertisements, community activities, traveling through the community and other resources.
5. Identifies target geographic area for sales on a weekly basis.
6. Prepares and develops an effective sales pitch to build customer relationships, reinforce
value-added services, and answer potential questions to overcome resistance and
objections.
7. Keep very detailed notes on every communication with prospects and customers to unsure efficient follow up.

11. Prepares and maintains accurate sales reports.
Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma/GED required
Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
Valid, permanent drivers license from state of residence and proof of insurance
Consultative sales skills and abilities by phone and in-person
Knowledge of selling techniques (prospecting, overcoming objections, closing sales)
Ability to find and assess potential sales opportunities
Ability to build customer relationships and provide customer service
Verbal and written communication skills
Data entry skills with a computer and/or a mobile device
Proven ability to work from effectively from your vehicle
Time management skills, including punctuality for on-time attendance

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
