Director of Mergers and Acquisitions

The Director of M&A will provide leadership in the area of mergers and acquisitions and greenfield/brownfield development. The company's key growth driver is new store growth, and this will be a critical role in the value-creation of the organization. This will be a hands-on leader/doer role that is willing to do all levels of work in order to close deals and grow the business. This role will be responsible for leading and project managing all aspects of M&A/new store development:
strategy creation, lead generation and sales, pipeline management financial analysis, project management, due diligence, negotiations and structuring purchase agreements, integration. This is a new position for the company, and the role will be responsible for defining the process, assembling the core tools and models, and administering a governance process to ensure decision making and organizational alignment. This role will partner closely with finance, operations, integration, legal and senior executives. The position will report to the CEO and work closely with the Executive Leadership team and Board of Directors.
Salary Range:
$120K -- $130K
$15K bonus
Minimum Qualification
InvestmentsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
