Available Shifts are:
Monday - Friday - 2:
30 pm to 11:
00 pm Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - 6:
30 pm to 7:
00am NEW PAY RATES IN EFFECT plus shift differential pay Offering a $5000 Sign-On Bonus! Requirements of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
Currently licensed by the State of AL and in good standing; 1 year of Long Term Care (LTC) experience on a skilled unit; Clinically sound, have a great attitude and able to lead by example; A desire to work with senior adults; Have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with direct reports, resident's families and visitors; Ability to work as a team member.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
