is currently seeking an experienced Quality Control Technician.
The QC Technician is responsible for the final inspection of machined and fabricated parts to verify customer specifications.
Candidates must be detail oriented, and have strong written and oral communication skills as well as experience with a wide variety of measuring tools and equipment.
Must have the ability to interpret CAD drawings and have general Machine Shop knowledge and strong math skills.
An ideal candidate would be proficient with CMM Measuring Arm inspection techniques, and have the ability to navigate and efficiently use SolidWorks, PolyWorks, and RDS software.
Ideal candidates would have the capacity to receive drawings and CAD models, import them into PolyWorks, create a fully defined script with dependencies and tolerances, align and probe each piece with the techniques needed to obtain accurate results, and ultimately create a well-detailed and visually pleasing inspection report for the customer.
