Day Shift 4:
30am until 2:
00pm Minimum education requirement - High school Diploma Minimum 1 year of previous experience in food manufacturing environment ( Working in hospitality/restaurants DOES NOT count) MS Office familiar (This is a must, considering you this is a main tool used throughout the shift) Strong work ethic as well as listening and communication skills.
ABOUT THE JOB:
As a Food Safety and Quality Technician, your primary responsibility is to monitor the product to assure it meets the required specifications.
Prepare and submit reports in accordance with training.
Occasional weekends & holidays.
Work cooperatively with USDA inspectors.
ABOUT YOU:
You are knowledge driven person with strong work ethic.
You posses ability to work unsupervised, but respect authorities above you and report daily any findings from onsite.
Availability to work occasional weekends & holidays.
Ability to work in a cold environment.
