Job Description:
Assist the brokerage team, retailers, and underwriters regarding servicing accounts Help clients or agents by explaining coverages and liabilities Manage all account documentation Assist Associate Brokers and Brokers with various duties Retain current knowledge of the insurance industry through continuing education, seminars, workshops, etc.
Process tax filings and invoices to be sent to the appropriate agent for review Introduce cancellation and non-renewal notices Serve as the liaison for the flow of information from agents and underwriters Analyze policies, endorsements, audits, reporting forms and cancellations as well as process necessary corrections Maintain relationships with client and underwriters to help grow and enhance business relationships Coordinate renewal activity on assigned accounts Job Requirements:
College degree with a concentration in business or equivalent work experience Strong verbal and written communications skills Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to take instruction well Strong Excel and Word skills are a must IND123.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
