The Watts Insurance Agency is seeking an (IN OFFICE) Office Manager who is highly organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills.
The Office Manager has the ability to prioritize tasks for the most efficient use of time while being able to keep deadlines.
This position requires a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and maturity.
Absolutely must have Alabama P&C insurance license.
Absolutely needs expert level knowledge in Property and Casualty Insurance policies.
Naturally driven to coach, mentor, and build strong working teams.
This position has the potential to move up to sales leader or own part of the agency.
Qualifications 2 Years Alabama P&C insurance experience (Please DO NOT apply if you are not an insurance professional) Must have working knowledge of inter office insurance agency workflows Deep understanding of property and casualty insurance policies Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize Must possess the ability to delegate authority and responsibility Ability to act and operate independently to accomplish objectives and the ability to work within a team Exceptional problem solving, analysis, and assessment with the ability to make good business decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster effective working relationships Job Type:
