We are a Continuing Care Retirement Community located in the Birmingham/Irondale area and are seeking experienced LPN's to join our team as part of the Skilled Nursing/Rehab Unit.

- Every Weekend (Saturdays & Sundays) 6:
30 am - 7:
00 pm (Days) - Every Weekend (Saturdays & Sundays) 6:
30 pm - 7:
00am (Nights) NEW PAY RATES IN EFFECT plus shift differential pay Requirements of an LPN, include but not limited to:
Currently licensed by the State of AL and in good standing; 1 -2 years of experience - preferably with geriatrics in a long term care/skilled unit setting; Clinically sound, have a great attitude and able to lead by example; A desire to work with senior adults; Have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with direct reports, resident's families and visitors;.

Offering enhanced shift differential pay.
