This is a senior, impactful managerial position with multiple, internal and external clients:
Supervising Project Managers, Superintendents, and Site Clerks, coaching best practices from project teams by providing direction and feedback regarding project requirements Strengthens and establishes strategic relationships with clients, identifying and presenting opportunities for expanded and best services to current and potential clients and Company Executives Solidifies good relationships with organized labor by making best use ensuring good treatment of project teams Qualifications sought, and which will elicit interest and quick response when listed on applicant resumes, include:
Utility/Power Mechanical Maintenance and Construction Management experience involving a variety of fuels to include coal and gas Preparation of related Estimates, Schedules and Budget Controls, Take-offs and Pricing, Monthly Forecasts, Billing Effective review of Bids, Purchase Orders, Labor Reports and Project Financials Relocation to Alabama headquarters BSME, BSCM or equivalent Opportunity:
