As a Program Architect, you will work with project teams in a dynamic, rapid-growth work environment with bright and talented engineers, architects, designers, builders, crafters, and manufacturers to improve and deploy a prototype building program and to build an alternative to the traditional construction industry.

Job Description:
This position is responsible for establishing and implementing BIM standards and best practices for design, and for improving those standards and standard processes.
The BIM manager will assist in developing standard Revit content and managing their production, as well as training and quality control on their application.
Responsibilities/ Duties:
Develop, implement, and improve BIM standards and best practices within the design group.
Enforce best modeling practices and educate the team to maintain modeling and output standards.
Manage a comprehensive library of Revit and Fabrication Part components, including their fitness for use in producing manufacturing drawings and estimating.
Provide individual and project team training with Revit and related software as needed.
Research and develop integrated tools and processes to eliminate data loss between handoffs between Design Manufacturing and Construction activities.
Audit modeling quality and use of standards and provide training as needed to improve their use Required Job Skills &
Qualifications:
Advanced modeling and documentation skills using Revit Comfortably use applications including but not limited to, Inventor Fusion360, Dynamo, Grasshopper, AutoCAD and other design applications.
Capable of supporting multiple projects and pivot as needed to help problem solve.
Ability to analyze and solve problems at the root cause level Self-motivated to learn new software applications and improve existing practices.
Able to communicate technical information effectively with people having varying software skills knowledge.
Willingness to work with a diverse group of people and Skill sets.
Preferred:
Working knowledge of construction sequencing and building practices.
Experience programing with Dynamo, Grasshopper, or other software API interfaces.
Experience with Rhinoceros, Navisworks, BIM 360 Collaborate, Coordinate, Docs, and web applications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
