Senior Digital Project Manager

Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and completion of corporate projects.
The individual oversees all aspects of projects; sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of projects.
This will include defining and documenting all policies and processes of project lifecycles to ensure delivery according to plan and within budget.

Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Oversees larger and more highly complex corporate projects Assembles project teams, assigns individual responsibilities, develops project schedules and is responsible for determining and acquiring resources as needed Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects Becomes and maintains familiarity with the entire scope and requirements of project(s) Serves as liaison between team members and functional area management requesting projects Maintains updated specialized knowledge in relevant technologies Travels as directed Performs all other duties as assigned Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Extensive Banking:
Extensive Banking Experience with Consumer and Small Business Digital Platforms, D3 preferred.
Demonstrated experience with establishing and delivering complex projects Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines Strong planning, organizational and leadership skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to make effective presentations Meeting facilitation and negotiation skills Excellent business judgement Ability to direct the work of others Ability to reach agreements without damaging relationships Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders Mobilize and motivate a team Establish structure, direction and approach for a project Ability to effectively resolve conflict Execute with limited information and ambiguity Solid influencing skills Ability to remove barriers and enable teams to complete their objectives Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills In-depth knowledge of project planning techniques and automated project planning tools required 3-5 years of project management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Banking industry experience preferred Bachelors degree preferred Benefit Highlights Medical with wellness incentives, dental, and vision HSA with company match Maternity and parental leave Tuition reimbursement Mentor program 401(k) with 6% match More -- FirstHorizon.
