Makes sure they are responding appropriately in a precise and timely manner.
In addition, incumbent will provide computer hardware, software and network problem resolutions for user departments within the University or Medical Center.
Utilizes Problem Management database to register problems and record most effective solutions.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Work Characteristics Helpdesk analyst responsible for monitoring help desk phones, e-mails, and other electronic problem-reporting mechanisms.
Incumbent will provide computer hardware, software, and network problem resolutions for user departments within the 1917 Clinic.
Hourly Range:
$17.
95 - $29.
20 Qualifications Associate's degree in Computer Science, Electronics or a related field and two (2) years of related experience required.
Work experience may substitute for education requirement.
