He or she calls on our customers to ensure their complete satisfaction with their most recent visit to our Service and Quick Lane departments.
The caller then communicates with our Senior Management Team, via group text, regarding any opportunities or customer concerns that need attention.
To qualify as a candidate for this position, you must have an iPhone and a computer/laptop for accessing & updating a daily spreadsheet that is emailed.
Candidates must also have excellent communication skills as well as an upbeat and friendly demeanor.
Previous customer service experience or call center experience is a plus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
