Responsibilities:
Ability to monitor routes and identify potential delays or delivery exceptions.
Communicate with drivers on the phone to ensure they are meeting our compliance SOPs with their handheld updated.
Understand all internal processes related to dispatch and hold driver teams accountable to meeting our standards.
Ability to work directly with driver teams in the warehouse.
This can include morning load out and/or afternoon driver check-in.
Communicate directly with end customers should a driver be delayed to their delivery.
Verify customer addresses to ensure delivery team has the correct locations.
Adjust routes based on driver efficiencies.
Tracking of customer shipments.
Identifying and assessing customers ' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Managing inbound calls from drivers and providing real time resolution.
Work in a team environment to split responsibilities amongst team members.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Schedule orders based on customer 's deadline/time frames.
Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum
Qualifications:
3 years of equivalent work experience preferred.
Excellent written/ verbal communication skills.
Computer proficiency Excellent interpersonal skills, and problem solving ability Working Conditions:
Role will primarily be an office position.
Some tasks will take place in a warehouse.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
