Requires demonstrated knowledge of the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of the secretarial function.
Reads, prioritizes and routes incoming mail.
Makes travel arrangements and reservations.
Schedules appointments.
Orders supplies, maintains databases and reports.
Assists with special projects.
Drafts and types correspondence.
May handle confidential information, dictation and transcription.
May verify insurance and process medical record requests.
Responsibilities:
1.
Composes, types, edits and distributes correspondence, memos, forms, minutes, reports and similar documents according to general instructions.
2.
Handles confidential information such as employee personnel records and other literature or correspondence.
3.
Initiates, prepares and processes administrative documents.
4.
Organizes and manages general office tasks.
5.
Designs and produces a wide range of documents to be published according to general directions of supervisor.
6.
Perform other duties as assigned.
(Hourly Rate:
$15.

75) Qualifications High School diploma or GED and three (3) years of related experience required.
