Job Summary As a MarTech Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our marketing success story.
You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to identify trends, discover opportunities, and optimize campaigns.
Your analytical proficiency will be the driving force behind our strategic marketing decisions, ensuring we continuously deliver outstanding results to our customers while collaborating with our tech stack partners.
This is a highly cross functional role requiring both strategic and technical execution.
Responsibilities o Dive deep into our marketing data to extract meaningful insights and help execute actionable recommendations to improve performance.
o Collaborate with Marketing team to design, implement and track experiments, A/B tests, key word search, campaigns, and other data-driven initiatives.
o Monitor, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
o Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into marketing performance and business impact.
o Assist in the selection and implementation of marketing tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
o Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders from across the business to identify opportunities for marketing technology to reduce costs, increase sales, and improve efficiencies.
o Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics and technology.
Qualifications o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
o 2
years of experience in Marketing analytics or a similar role, with a focus on leveraging data for marketing insights.
o Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
o Familiarity with marketing technologies, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and web analytics tools.
o Experience with digital domains including Paid Search & SEO, Digital Media, Social Insights and Analytics, and Content Management.
o Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
o Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
o Strong prioritization, planning, and organizational skills.
o Experience managing projects from beginning to end.
o Excellent communication skills with ability to present data in a clear and concise manner both verbally, written, and presentation; honed to audience including senior executives or teammates who may be technical or non-technical.
Special Requirements:
o Up to 10% travel may be required.
o This hybrid position is based at our Birmingham AL office and encompasses both work from home and in office work.
