Job Summary The Manager of Marketing Technology & Analytics leads a cross functional team to develop, implement, and optimize strategies and plans to maximize customer engagement and drive revenue growth in the short- and long-term, leveraging CRM, Email, Social, Loyalty and SMS channels.
Responsibilities o Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Merchandising, and Ecommerce to understand business goals and align on priorities.
o Develop and execute data-driven marketing initiatives that deliver measurable results.
Own reporting.
o Lead in development of goals and KPI as measures of success of the marketing plan; develop and lead routines to monitor progress towards goals, enable real-time budget and prioritization conversations to optimize approach and enable a strategic view.
o Manage and mentor the Marketing and Ecommerce team, guiding them to excel in their roles.
o Lead the selection, implementation, and integration of innovative marketing technologies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
o Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies including AI to report and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
o Oversee the management and utilization of our CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and other marketing tools.
o Champion data privacy and security practices to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
o Gleen insight and formulate company strategy from leveraging all technology partners and customer touchpoints to drive additional revenue.
o Demonstrate technical acumen and an ability to work with the technology organization to align product and technology roadmaps.
o Translate how tactical and technical capabilities feed into overarching marketing and KPI goals.
Qualifications o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
o 5
years of experience in marketing technology, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
o A deep understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and other marketing technologies.
o Proven record of leveraging marketing technology to drive business growth and enhance customer experiences.
o Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and business needs into technical requirements.
o Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate the team and collaborate effectively across the organization.
o A forward-thinking mindset, constantly seeking opportunities to innovate and push boundaries.
o Strong prioritization, planning, and organizational skills.
o Experience managing projects from beginning to end.
o Excellent communication skills with ability to present data in a clear and concise manner both verbally, written, and in presentations; honed to audience including senior executives or teammates who may be technical or non-technical.
Special Requirements:
o Up to 10% travel may be required.
o This hybrid position is based at our Birmingham AL office and encompasses both work from home and in office work.
