Currently we are searching for a Applications Administrator to fulfil an immediate vacancy.
Position
Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and provide support for various internal and commercial applications.
Technical support for multiple applications used within the firm.
Ongoing maintenance of software including required upgrades, unit testing, logging, reporting and recovery procedures.
Develop and maintain concise process documentation related to responsibilities.
Respond as an escalation point for Service Desk and on-call personnel.
Identify, document, and manage issues and escalate as appropriate.
Utilize and update Firm's Knowledge Base to actively promote its health and use.
Review end user feedback in an effort to improve overall user experience.
Utilize knowledge of legal environment to make suggestions related to process improvement.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Position Requirements and Desired Skills:
Bachelor's degree preferredExperience with business systems including, but not limited to legal and financial softwareElite 3E (or similar products)NetDocs (or other Document Management solutions)Intapp productsDictation software such as BighandLegal specific tools such as CPi, IPDas, or offerings by West LawCase management solutionsExcellent oral and written communication skillsAccuracy, attention to detail and good organizational skillsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentStrong time-management skills and ability to multi-taskStrong client service focus and ability to work effectively in a team environmentSelf-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervisionWork within a team and project driven environment Ability to be on call for escalation of issues after hours and weekends Various physical activity may be requiredIf your background, skills, and interest match the following; please apply online to ensure your credentials are reviewed by a skilled recruiter immediately.
