operation through thedevelopment of strong partnership relations with Doctors, the Management Group and the staff.This position ensures the alignment of the practice with the core purpose and beliefs of thenetworkYou will also manage the financial performance of the practice, employee performanceand development of existing and new processes.
Essential Functions:

Confers with divisional leadership and Center Doctor to review achievements anddiscuss required changes in goals or objectives resulting from current status andconditions? Participates in formulating and administering company policies, directing andcoordinating all divisional department activities to develop and implement long-rangegoals and objectives to meet business and profitability growth objectives? Responsible for ensuring best practices are in placeAble to manage schedulingefficiency, problem solve spontaneously and proactively plan aheadResponsible forensuring the development of center staff is scheduled and able to coach and manageperformance as necessary.? Reviews and approves preparation of accounting analysis for budgetary planning andimplementation, production efficiency, financial reporting, budgetary planning andsubmittal for capital expendituresSales Focused
Experience:
? Assisting potential patients in the decision making process utilizing the ClearChoiceconsult process? Meeting with potential patients at the ClearChoice Dental Implant Center to discuss our dentalimplant solution? Manage follow up process by reaching out to potential patients who have already expressed aninterest in ClearChoice to help educate them on the process, identify where they are in theirdecision making process, and/or follow up on patients who may have delayed treatment? Experience in referral based services, working with existing patients to identify potential referrals,developing funnel management to drive networkAdditional
Responsibilities:
? Manage full revenue performance of the center, including managing performance of allstaff? Review and manage key performance indicators including sales, collections, healthcarefinancing, close and manage overall business portfolio? Develop and manage the partnership between the Company and the Doctor through theconsistent communication of core purpose and beliefs and collaborate with leadership toresolve issues in conflict with themFoster strong relationships with our Doctor Partnerto ensure alignment to strategic objectives throughout the center.? Regularly review and interpret the financial performance of the practice to ensure planachievement and profitability targets.? With support from the Supply Chain Department implement best practices, purchasingguidelines and protocols which effectively leverage the collective buying power of theClearChoice network.? Manage and report the practice assets through effective inventory control, supply chain,procurement and AR management to ensure effective inventory utilization and practiceefficiency.? In collaboration with Human Resources, manage directly and through others, theperformance management and development of staff to ensure the retention, employeedevelopment, succession planning, career-pathing and performance of employees.? Operate with the utmost standards of confidentiality in all facets of patient information,employee and HR matters, and intellectual property as well as revenue and profitability.? Manage the Center's P&L as it relates to controllable supplies, expenses and Centerlabor; work with the physicians to explain financial results of the Center, discrepancies totargets and influence additional cost management measures.? Work with Front Office team to enforce, oversee and administer policy in the followingareas:
? Clinical set up and adherence Center employee management Procurement spendmanagement Capital equipment repair approval Patient finance oversight Complianceoversight? Serve as point of contact for the corporate support office and collaborate with thedifferent support departments (i.eAccounting, HR, Marketing, Compliance) to ensurethe center is fully utilizing the support available to it to run an effective and profitableoperation? Monitor and manage consult flow for consistency, efficiency of doctor/staff time? Work with corporate Compliance Department to ensure training, HIPAA compliance, &documentation requirements are met, licenses are up to date and appropriate approvalsare obtainedRequirements:
Leadership:
? In collaboration with the Recruiting Department, hire, direct and manage center levelstaff? In collaboration with Human Resources, implement employee performance managementprogramsParticipate in corporate succession planning activities, write and deliveremployee reviews, keep close tabs on employee morale and create a positive workingenvironment.? Continually improve the effectiveness of the organization and enhance productivity,efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.? Develop, document and enforce policies, standard operating procedures and bestpractices and streamline processes.Experience/Education/Skills:
? A bachelors degree with a business concentration is requiredAn MBA is preferred.? Must have three
years of leadership and management experience of an operationaland/or sales team.? Healthcare industry, operations &/or practice management experience, especiallyexperience working with Doctors/healthcare providers STRONGLY PREFERRED? Experience managing in a matrixed organization or multi-entity, multi-state environmentSTRONGLY PREFERRED? Expertise in operations management, strategies and methodologies, strategic planningand execution, and employee motivation techniques? Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent analytical, planning, and processdevelopment skills, strong business judgment, and a high level of initiative are allrequired? Demonstrated ability to articulate logical and persuasive arguments across anorganization is required?
