The ideal candidate will have previous experience performing DNA/RNA extraction and PCR.
Core Diagnostic Laboratories specializes in Molecular testing including Covid-19, UTI panels, Respiratory panels, Women's Health panels and Wound panels.
Education Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree in a science field- Required
Responsibilities:
-Sort samples by specimen type -Analyze sample integrity - Perform extraction using the Qiagen HTs -Plate extracted samples onto 96 or 384 well plates -Perform Real-Time PCR using QuantStudios -Analyze and report PCR results -Troubleshoot instrumentation Skills:
-Micropipetting (Single channel, multichannel & repeater) -Data analysis -Troubleshooting -Attention to detail -Standard Precautions
Experience:
-1 year PCR experience- Required -1 year Laboratory experience- Required Monday to Friday Nights 11:
30pm- 8am Job Type:
