Full Time Our client is looking for Senior Analytics Manager candidates for a hybrid position located in Birmingham, AL This role will require a technical background in order to add value during the design and architecture process for data analytics within the organizationThis includes the collaboration with stakeholders to understand data needs, creation and maintenance of data engineering and reporting in support of analytics, and the implementation of tools and practices to foster data-driven decisions Manages daily activities of team (8-10 people) responsible for the design, build, and maintenance of data solutions; including pipelines, data warehouse and visualization Be an active participant in the design and architecture process for data analytics Pursue opportunities to improve overall analytics practices and policies Guide organization in building a strong data engineering culture Prepare and maintain project plans for project sponsors and business stakeholders Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline 10
years of data engineering experience for analytics purposes including pipeline building, ETL/ELT, etc 5
