Salary:

We currently have integrated Architecture, Construction, Mechanical, Plumbing and Fabrication into our solutionWe are not a General Contractor, we are a large multi-disciplined specialty subcontractor to ourselvesWe deliver buildings and stitch modular parts for Healthcare Companies and Multifamily Developers throughout the Southeastern US.
Why join us?Competitive SalaryCompetitive BenefitsPTOGreat CultureJob DetailsWe are seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects across BirminghamThis individual needs to work with a high-level of ownership, be a sharp communicator and problem-solver, and lead projects with excellence from start to finishYou will take ownership and manage multiple projects alongside our Superintendents, therefore strong vision and leadership is a non-negotiableThis person will be responsible and accountable for delivering a quality product on schedule and within budget for each projectKey ResponsibilitiesDaily communication with Architects, Superintendents, and key stakeholders across each project in BirminghamManage multiple projects at a timeCoordinate work through regular meetings and team huddlesPlan project schedules alongside superintendents from start to completion of each projectLead key relationships with project owners, superintendents, skilled labor, and any subcontractorsLead in estimating projects and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budgetManage expectations with clients to ensure timeliness and accuracy within projectsQualifications Background in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field is highly preferred 10
