Summary:
We are seeking a professional Legal Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the legal team with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive attitude - Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Maintain conference room schedules - Maintain office organization and cleanliness - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries - Support attorneys and staff with clerical tasks as needed Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a legal setting - Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor - Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of basic office management procedures This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment, providing valuable support to attorneys while delivering top-notch service to clients.
