This person must love possess a genuine love for people, great food, and have a passion to develop others.
The GM must have high standards for themselves, their team, service, food quality, cost controls, and the overall operation of the restaurant.
The GM is responsible for the overall profitability of the restaurant, the overall satisfaction of guests, and the overall satisfaction of all team members.
4 Years of Food & Beverage/Hospitality experience is required.
Management experience required.
ServeSafe Certified, preferred.
Coaches staff to be positive, energetic, and friendly to all guests.
Clearly communicates and creates a balanced schedule for staff and ensures that every shift is prepared for success.
Ensures all procedures are properly followed to ensure the safety of guests and team members, as well as the life of all equipment.
Ensures that the quality of food and service is consistently greater than expected.
Responsible for ordering all food, drinks, and supplies.
Recruits, hires, trains, and retains amazing team members for all roles of the restaurant.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
