Pay Range:
$114,710 - $186,405- Benefits available for eligible positions include:

The ideal candidate will be an energetic and compassionate leader with effective communication and interpersonal skills to direct the overall operation of rehabilitation nursing services, which includes leading and training staff to work on an interdisciplinary team to assist patients and their families achieve their goals; providing leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies, procedures, strategies, and services for rehabilitation nursing; and, responsibility for retention, recruitment, learning and competencies of nursing personnel.
The Director of Rehabilitation nursing reports directly to the AVP of Rehabilitation Services and supports three Rehabilitation Nurse Managers.

QualificationsRequired:
Master's degree in Nursing Seven (7) years of experience working with patients with neurologic diagnoses such as spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, and stroke Leadership experience Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the Alabama Board of Nursing Certified as a Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) by the Association of Rehabilitation Nursing Certified with Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA)Preferred:
Experience working in a facility accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF)Job Field:
