Position
Summary:
Anistar is seeking an experienced Access Control Technician to provide assistance with the installation and testing of various types of access control and CCTV systems.
Scope of Work:
- Installation and testing of commercial alarm systems, including but not limited to Burglar Alarms, Intrusion alarms, CCTV Systems, and Access Control
- Experience with cable routing, Strikes, Card Readers, Mag Locks, DPS etc
- Capable of troubleshooting and adding to existing protection, making repairs
- Fire stop various types of cable and security penetrations
- Possess working knowledge of ANSI/TIA/EIA cabling standards and National Electric Code
- Must be open to travel out of the local area for up to 4 weeks at a time. Hotel and per diem will be provided, as well as compensation for mileage and drive time.
Tools / PPE:
Basic technician hand tools. PPE Provided. Some job sites will be new construction, others will be existing.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
