Maintain assigned policy and procedures related to enrollment.
Direct the supervision of the Enrollment Department to ensure physician enrollment is assigned appropriately and ensure policies are being followed.
Maintain and Monitor work ques assigned to staff and address issues timely.
Provide Q and A updates monthly and/or quarterly as directed.
Monitor Productivity within EPIC system.
Perform other duties as neededEducationBachelor's degree in business or health related field.
Experience and some college will substitute for degree.
ExperienceManagement experience required.
CPC or equivalent coding certification preferred.
Five years experience preferred.
Knowledge Skills and AbilitiesPersonal computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
EPIC experience desirable.
