This individual will be responsible for providing first line support of technology issues to end users, typically through phone support. Individual will also provide assistance with supporting Active Directory and the company phone system, as well as the opportunity to participate in transitioning projects within the company.

We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
o 2-4 years experience in IT support and/or related field or equivalent experience.
o Excellent customer service and communication skills
o Thorough understanding of all recent Windows Operating Systems (XP, 7, 2003, 2008)
o Ability to support MS Office Suite (2003, 2007, and 2010
o Experience with VOIP and VMWARE are a plus!

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
