nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for an EDI Systems Administrator to fulfill an immediate vacancy.
MAJOR
Responsibilities:
o Provide technical expertise and support for EDI communications
o Work closely with internal business groups and external customers and suppliers to answer questions, test, and provide production support for EDI transactions.
o Responsible for reviewing daily production EDI error logs and resolving transaction errors.
o Analyze, design and develop specifications for enhancements and extensions to EDI application interfaces and maps
o Evaluate, test, and install
computer
system upgrades, new releases, and software patches.
o Manage basic projects
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
o Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Information Science, or other technical discipline or equivalent work experience required
o Familiarity with ERP systems (especially Oracle EBusiness Suite) is desired.
o Familiarity with Oracle database administration and SQL scripting is desired.
o Familiarity with SOA (especially Weblogics) is desired.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Excellent troubleshooting skills
o Must be able to work with team members and work with minimal supervision

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
