1. Coordinate, oversee, and ensure the quality and quantity of total plant production to obtain the planned output of the finished product. 2. Monitor production data in order to make recommendations and changes to meet customer requirements; and provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the plant manager. 3. Maintain complete and accurate records of manufacturing data. 4. Collaborate and share production information with all appropriate team members in order to ensure timely actions are taken to keep production schedules on target and cost-efficient, and maintain high standards. 5. Responsible for initiating improvements in production, and reduce scrap and production costs. 6. Responsible for developing plant production schedules and shift allocations to achieve required product material and meet order turnaround requirements. 7. Supervise employees ; provide shift-to-shift continuity. 8. Enforce plant rules and resolve labor problems. 9. Maintain two-way communications between management and hourly employees. 10. Enforce safety rules and oversee housekeeping with 5S. 11. Meet predetermined annual goals in the area of labor efficiency, productivity improvement, cost reduction, scrap reduction, safety performance, and absenteeism. 12. Coordinate manning and overtime requirements to insure a flow of product to meet forecasts and customer delivery dates. 13. Meet plant objectives for work in process and finished goods.
This candidate will take over two plants within two years.
EDUCATION: EXPERIENCE: Strong background in production supervision. Five or more year experience in a manufacturing plant operation. Automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred. SKILLS: Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong computer skills. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
