Aesthetic Sales Professionals are responsible for delivering on quarterly and annual sales goals for a defined territory through the development, maintenance, and enhancement of key customer accounts. Aesthetic Sales Professionals are responsible for the development of new accounts through prospecting, follow up on company generated sales leads and cold calling. Key customers include dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and other office based individuals associated with the Aesthetic accounts. Sales territories may cover large geographic areas and individual may be required to live in the assigned geography.
Increase sales by selling products to current and potential customers
Develop and implement an effective territory business plan
Utilize effective direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
Develop and coordinate physician-training programs and practice enhancement in-services and open houses.
Develop new business through prospecting and cold calling.
Provide technical product and procedure expertise to customers
Ability to build strong professional relationships; establish credibility and rapport with customers.
Ability to implement and execute key Marketing strategies.
Strong organizational and multi tasking skills.
Effectively manage field assets and resources to include, but not limited to, expense management, computer and other allocated equipment
Minimum Level of Job-Related Education:
BA/BS from an accredited school required. Focus in business or life science preferred.
Minimum Amount of Job-Related Experience:
Two years dermatological, medical device or specialty pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
Previous injectable sales experience is preferred
Previous Aesthetic sales experience is preferred
Two years direct business to business selling experience
Two years of relevant dermatological experience as an RN, Aesthetic Nurse, or professionally trained aesthetician within dermatology or plastic surgery office.
Strong consultative selling skills and proven capability to close sales.
Minimum Level of any Required Qualifications:
Possess the ability to travel and work outside of the parameters of 8am to 5pm as well as attend both corporate and trade meetings when required.
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient on excel, word, power point, Adobe and other software skills.
Strong sense of urgency and demonstrated success in a high pressure sales role.
Physical Requirements of the Job:
Overnight, weekend and air travel for normal business operations may be required.
Able to drive long distances on a daily basis.
Must possess valid driver's license and have a history of safe driving in order operate a company car .
Ability to lift 30 lbs - 50lbs).

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
