_Job Summary_
The _Service Representative_ works closely with the Service Manager to maintain the best possible property appearance, including all interior and exterior amenities, common areas, and offices. This position assists with minor maintenance such as painting, pressure washing, changing light bulbs, vacuuming pools, and changing filters. Landscaping duties include weeding, watering, pruning, and general lawn care maintenance. The Service Representative interacts frequently with residents while delivering notices, cleaning and maintaining amenities, and assisting with service requests. This position must demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times in support of the community's resident retention goals.
This is a part time position.
High School diploma or GED required
Six months of light maintenance and/or cleaning experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Computer proficiency preferred
Federal and State Fair Housing
Ability to communicate effectively with supervisor
Strong attention to detail
Valid driver's license and transportation required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
