Current Need
Technical Support Engineer who will perform infrastructure troubleshooting analysis, problem resolution with Unix/LINUX OS, databases, and workstation environments within our McKesson Visibility solution.
Troubleshooting system software, hardware, networks, database and operating systems.
Responsible for providing technical, functional, and system support to customer technical IT staff.
Direct interaction with customers to resolve issues or provide status updates on resolution research.
Will be responsible for the diagnosis, debugging and repair of infrastructure issues in Linux, Relational Databases and Windows environments.
Location: Very strong preference for Birmingham, AL. May consider Alpharetta, GA
Position Description
Responsible for providing technical, functional, and coding support to customer s product support teams, field engineers or technicians who are diagnosing, troubleshooting and debugging highly technical or sophisticated software or computer systems. Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in software. Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to software engineering/ design engineering. May be involved in customer installation and training. Provides support to customer/users where the product is highly or complex or technical in nature.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years experience providing technical support to product support teams, field engineers and technicians.
Critical Skills
Experience with problem solving in Red Hat LINUX and Relational Databases
Experience working within a support organization using analytical and troubleshooting skills
Basic knowledge of Relational Database functionality
Excellent communication skills
Additional Knowledge & Skills
General System Administration tasks would be desirable.
Team player, good communicator, self directed work style and ability to multi-task and handle ever changing priorities.
Willingness to learn new skills and work outside of their comfort zone
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting software and/or customer service on computer systems.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
