Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent, call center experience and clinical laboratory testing, medical front or back office, phlebotomy or similar experience are required. Strong written and verbal communication skills, PC knowledge, and data entry required.
Description:
Assist patients and physician clients in one of the largest clinical laboratories in the country. The Customer Service Support Representative serves as a liaison between LabCorp branches and physicians to provide information regarding patient laboratory results and the collection and submission of laboratory specimens. Involves researching, troubleshooting and resolving customer problems via the telephone.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
